My Response

This is the second or third time that they have objected to the text and link to the article on my site. What they are objecting to is my text, "To view the version with examples and screenshots, go to http://www.thecomputergal.com/WebMarketing/Articles/PreparingDigitalNewsletter.htm."

EzineArticles Ask Christopher Knight linkBecause the editors don't seem to be able to resolve this issue, I used the link EzineArticles provides to AskChristopherKnight. The times I have used this system, the problems have been resolved quickly.

My articles are mostly about website development issues. Your system does not allow for images or screenshots; so, I put them on my website and provide a link to them in the Resource Box. Now, I'm not allowed to do that because "Your article must not contain a teaser link or phrase that requires a reader to click away or reference another source in order to receive the full benefit of the article." Is there any solution to this problem?

Response from Christopher Knight

I've asked Penny, our Managing Editor to comment.

Expect to hear from her within a day.

Response from Penny

This really was received within a day.

Hi Nora,

The editor that reviewed this article was confused and was unsure if you were linking to this site so the reader could get the full value of the article, or if indeed you were linking here to provide examples.

I have cleared the confusion and approved your article. I apologize for the inconvenience.
